For everyone who found out about crazy hair day at 7:42 that morning
Everything lands in the nest.
Termnest turns your school's emails into one organized, per-child feed of events, tasks and fee reminders — the only app built for UAE families that connects to your inbox, free.
It reads only the school senders you approve — nothing else in your inbox is ever opened. The straight answer
Crazy hair day tomorrow — Rui
Hairspray and bands tonight. The email arrived 11 days ago; you're covered.
School emails, sorted per child, before it's too late. Built for UAE families. Free.
How it works
It does the work. You don't.
Other apps give you homework: forward every email, screenshot every flyer. Termnest connects once and catches school emails by itself — including during the week you're too slammed to forward anything, which is exactly the week you need it.
STEP 1
Connect your inbox
Gmail or Outlook, one time. You sign in on Google's or Microsoft's own pages — Termnest never sees your password, and its access is read-only.
STEP 2
Approve your school's senders
Termnest suggests the school addresses it found; you confirm the list. Only those senders are ever read. Everything else in your inbox stays unopened.
STEP 3
Every child gets their own feed
Trips, forms, fees in AED — each lands under the right child, with reminders that fire before the deadline, on school-day-aware defaults. When Termnest isn't sure, it never guesses: uncertain items wait in a "needs a look" tray.
The trust section
"An app reading my email?!"
Completely fair — that was our first reaction too, and it's why Termnest is built the way it is. The nest has one door, and you hold the list: nothing enters it but the school senders you approve. Everything else in your inbox stays unopened — for the rest, Termnest can see that mail arrived, never what's in it.
These eight commitments are architecture, not fine print. If we ever broke them, you'd delete the app — and you'd be right to.
01
Only the senders you approve
Full emails are fetched only from your approved school senders. Bank statements, work threads, group-buy drama: never opened. Access is read-only.
02
Email content deleted after 30 days
Long enough to check any item against its source, then gone. Termnest keeps the calendar item, not your mailbox.
03
Every date shows its source
Tap any event, task or fee and see the exact email it came from. No black box — if we got it wrong, you can see why and fix it.
04
Ads can never use your email
Structurally never. When local partner offers arrive, the ads system has no technical path to mail data — and Google's rules forbid it besides.
05
Your children are never users
No child accounts, no child logins, nothing for a school or advertiser to reach. You create and control the profiles.
06
Delete everything, self-service
A button, not a support ticket. Access revoked at Google's or Microsoft's side, all content erased, backups purged.
07
No ad or analytics SDKs
No trackers from ad networks, no analytics companies watching you use the app. Our measurement runs on our own infrastructure.
08
Every access is logged — ours too
Including access by the people who build Termnest. We'd rather tell you this plainly than pretend a small company has a big company's org chart.
The money question
Really free.
Here's the catch, out loud.
"Free with no explanation" should make you suspicious, so here's the business model: once Termnest is genuinely useful, local family businesses — play areas, kids' retail, camps, tutoring — can pay to show offers timed to the school calendar. The week before winter break is useful to everyone involved.
Those offers can be targeted only by emirate, your child's age band, the school-calendar window, and interests you explicitly declare. Never — structurally never — by anything in your email. Later there may be a premium tier with extra perks.
The core loop — school emails in, organized per-child reminders out — stays free. If we ever break that, screenshot this.
